Founded in 1983, Centennial is a family-owned and operated company that provides customers with prompt, reliable service coupled with the highest professionalism in all phases of roof installation, maintenance and repairs for residential, commercial, and common-interest community projects.


Centennial also offers inspection and repair services for a variety of real estate, homeowner insurance, and home warranty companies in the DFW area.

Steve Andersen

Founder/CEO
Steve started the company in 1983 with his wife Debbie. Since then, the company has seen significant growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He believes great care and judgment should be used in selecting the right roofing contractor for your home repair – one who is competent and reliable from initial estimate to final walk-through. With Centennial’s extensive progress over the last 40+ years, Steve still prides himself in having a company with a personal touch.

Debbie Andersen

Founder/Vice President
Since launching the company with her husband, Debbie has handled daily operations and all facets of customer satisfaction. When not in the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill.

Ryan Andersen

President
Ryan began his career in the roofing industry at the age of 10 when he began helping his father, Steve. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Ryan joined Centennial in 2002 as a roofing technician. When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, cycling, and coaching his son’s soccer team. Ryan and his family are members of First Baptist Church Midlothian.

Jenny Odom

Office Manager
Jenny joined the Centennial team in June of 2014 bringing over 15 years of experience in management and customer service. She has been a fantastic support to our team. Sammie is Jenny’s giant hound mix who probably doesn’t realize he’s a dog! She is from Waxahachie where she attends The Avenue Church and is involved with local charities. A verse of inspiration is I Cor. 16:13 “….be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong.”

Staci Singleton

Customer Care Specialist
Staci has been with Centennial since 2022, bringing 13 years of retail experience to her role. She has lived in Midlothian for six years and enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles with her husband, Gaylon, and staying involved in her grandchildren’s activities. Staci and her family attend The Avenue Church in Waxahachie, and her favorite scripture, Jeremiah 29:11, reminds her to trust in God’s plan for the future.

Sergio Arrendondo

Production Manager
Sergio joined the Centennial team as Production Manager in early 2019. He brings over 13 years of experience with a major home improvement retailer in sales and roofing management. Sergio is an Army Veteran and served our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He and his wife, Crystal, have three children and they live in Dallas County. When Sergio has free time, he enjoys art and is an incredible airbrush artist. Sergio’s motto is “Never Give Up”.

Juan Calderon

Field Supervisor
Juan joined our team in 2022. His background in construction has proven invaluable in his role at Centennial. He has lived in Mesquite for five years and enjoys spending time with his daughter. In his free time, Juan heads to his property in Greenville, where he enjoys working on his property and relaxing in the countryside. His family’s pride in his hard work keeps him driven to succeed.

J.R. Morales

Outdoor Living Supervisor
J.R. brings 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to his role at Centennial. He has lived in Midlothian since 2016 and enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and playing sports with his three children. J.R. is also an avid disc golf player. He attends The Avenue Church with his wife, Carrie. As a kid, J R.’s dad would recite Philippians 4:13 to him before every baseball game, offering him encouragement and strength.

Jason McMahan

Sales Manager
Drawing from his broad background in sales, roofing, consulting, construction, and insurance, Jason leads our sales team with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results. He joined Centennial in 2024, and has lived in Mansfield for the past 12 years with his wife, Julie, and their two children. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, sporting clay shooting and axe throwing. He attends Creekwood Church in Mansfield and is passionate about providing customers with a great contractor experience. Jason lives by the motto: "Success is never owned. It is only rented, and rent is due every day!"

Alex Celis

Technician
Alex has been with Centennial since 2022, bringing 11 years of experience in sales and 4 years in hospitality. He also has a strong background in insurance and sales contracts. Alex has lived in Dallas for 34 years and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their three daughters. His hobbies include cars, fishing, and hanging out with his kids. He is inspired by the Bible verse Matthew 7:7: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you."

Earl Basham

Technician
Earl joined Centennial in 2024. Having lived in Texas for five years, he enjoys staying active by working out and spending time with his two children. Earl attends First Assembly Waxahachie and is encouraged by Galatians 6:9: "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

Josh Gleason

Technician
Josh is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors in construction science. He grew up in Ovilla, where he moved back after graduating college and is involved at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Duncanville. In his free time, Josh enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors; hunting or doing outdoor photography. We are excited to have Josh on our team and look forward to helping homeowners with his experience and knowledge of the construction industry.

Joshua Olson

Technician
Joshua joined the Centennial team in early 2017 with 12 years of experience in sales and roofing. He is married to Pamela and they have three boys, Michael, David and Benjamin. When Joshua is not spending time with his family, or leading the choir at Landmark Baptist Church, he enjoys spending time outdoors and working out. A verse that motivates Joshua is Proverbs 16:19.

Parker Cupp

Technician
With sales experience, including time in the insurance industry, Parker brings a fresh perspective to Centennial. He enjoys staying active by playing basketball and spending time outdoors. In his free time, Parker loves watching comedies and going on date nights with his girlfriend, Rya. He has lived in Midlothian for 23 years and attends Midlothian Church of Christ. One of Parker’s favorite quotes is from Kobe Bryant: "Work hard in the dark so you can shine in the light."

Patrick Dolezalik

Technician
Patrick joined Centennial in 2023 with 28 years of experience in insurance, specializing in evaluating damage and managing reconstruction needs. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in marketing and management, he leverages his expertise to guide clients through complex projects. Patrick has lived in Ennis for 30 years and enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Kaleigh, and his 8-year-old son, Noah. In his free time, he enjoys riding ATVs, camping, and studying the life of Jesus. He attends First Christian Church in Waxahachie and follows John 3:16, treating others with respect and compassion.
