He began his career in the roofing industry at age 10 helping his father Steve. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Ryan joined Centennial in 2002 as a roofing technician. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, cycling, and coaching his son’s soccer team; he and his family attend First Baptist Church Midlothian.

Ryan Andersen

Sergio joined as Production Manager in early 2019. He brings over 13 years of experience with a major home-improvement retailer in sales and roofing management. He is an Army veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He lives in Dallas County with his wife and three children; he enjoys art and is an accomplished airbrush artist. His motto is “Never Give Up

Sergio Arrendondo

Nic brings more than twenty five years of experience in project management, construction, and sales. He is known for clear communication, practical guidance, and a steady commitment to helping clients make confident decisions. Nic and his wife, Sarah, have lived in Midlothian for fourteen years and are raising three kids. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, golf, and time outdoors. His motivation is simple, keep helping people and keep moving forward, a mindset shaped by one of his favorite quotes, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.

Nic Paul

Jenny joined Centennial in June 2014 bringing over 15 years of management and customer service experience. She’s from Waxahachie, attends The Avenue Church, is involved with local charities, and is motivated by the verse I Cor. 16:13: “…be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong.

Jenny Odom

Ramiro brings 6 years of commercial construction experience and nearly a decade of welding expertise to the Centennial team. With specialized training in heavy machinery, crane operation, and power tools, he's well-equipped to support on-site operations. Ramiro is a proud husband and father whose family motivates everything he does. He’s excited to grow in the roofing industry and contribute to a team that values quality and hard work. In his downtime, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, and sharing good food.

Ramiro Armendariz

Staci has been with Centennial since 2022, bringing 13 years of retail experience. She has lived in Midlothian for six years; in her free time she enjoys family, riding motorcycles with her husband, and watching her grandchildren’s activities. She and her family attend The Avenue Church in Waxahachie, and her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11.

Staci Singleton

Raul brings twenty five years of experience supporting homeowners through construction and insurance related needs, strengthened by his background in the Navy and his work as a licensed insurance adjuster. His time on the roof of an aircraft carrier shaped the steady approach he brings to roofing today. He and his wife, Kasi, have been married fifteen years and are raising two kids, Noah and Avery. Raul enjoys time with his family and their four dogs, and he is guided by the motto “Semper Fortis,” a reminder to stay courageous and strong in every season.

Raul Ruiz

With Centennial since 2022, Alex has 11 years experience in sales and four years in hospitality. He also has a strong background in insurance and sales contracts. He has lived in Dallas for 34 years. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife and three daughters, plus hobbies like cars, fishing, and family time. He is inspired by the Bible verse Matthew 7:7.

Alex Celis

Will has a background in insurance adjusting and training in Xactimate, giving him a strong understanding of the claims process. He holds an active adjuster license and brings a client-first mindset to every job. Will lives in Grapevine with his wife, Rachel, and their son, Archer. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, watching sports, and listening to country music. He’s guided by his faith and is motivated daily by Colossians 3:23–24.

Will Oliver

Parker has sales experience including work in the insurance industry, offering a fresh perspective at Centennial. He enjoys staying active through basketball and outdoor activities. Outside work he likes watching comedies and going on date nights with his girlfriend, Rya. He’s lived in Midlothian 23 years and attends Midlothian Church of Christ. One of his favorite quotes is: “Work hard in the dark so you can shine in the light.

Parker Cupp

Christopher brings fifteen years of combined experience in sales and construction, giving him a practical, people focused approach to supporting homeowners. He is motivated by his family and carries that purpose into the way he communicates and cares for every client. Chris and his wife, Elda, have four children and live in Red Oak, a place they have called home for four years. He enjoys working with his horses and spending time at his kids’ soccer and dance events. His family motivates him every day to show up with commitment and do the work the right way.
