Founded in 1983, Centennial Contracting & Roofing is a family-owned and operated company built on a foundation of service. Steve and Debbie Andersen passed down more than a name—they passed down values rooted in integrity, responsibility, and putting community first. Today, their son Ryan carries that servant-hearted leadership into every aspect of the business, guiding Centennial with the same commitment to doing what’s right for customers and the communities they serve.
Centennial provides prompt, reliable service with the highest level of professionalism across all phases of roof installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, and common-interest community projects.
In addition, Centennial offers inspection and repair services for a wide range of real estate, homeowner insurance, and home warranty companies throughout the DFW area—delivering trusted expertise backed by decades of experience and a legacy of service.

Ryan is the Owner of Centennial Contracting and Roofing, proudly continuing the legacy started by his father, Steve, in 1983. He began working in the roofing industry at age 10, learning the business from the ground up. A proud U.S. Marine, Ryan served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that shaped his leadership and commitment to integrity. Ryan leads Centennial with a focus on trust, quality workmanship, and doing the right thing. He and his family attend First Baptist Church Midlothian, and he is grateful to lead a company grounded in faith, family, and service
Ryan Andersen
President
Sergio has over 18 years of experience in roofing, sales, and management. He joined Centennial in 2019, bringing with him a strong leadership background shaped by his service in the U.S. Army, including a tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as extensive management experience and industry certifications. Sergio is known for treating every home with respect, doing the right thing, and consistently exceeding homeowner expectations.

Nic joined Centennial in 2026 with over 25 years of experience in construction, custom home building, and roofing. He values transparency, trust, and clear communication, and takes pride in helping homeowners feel confident throughout the entire process while protecting their investment.

Jenny has been part of the Centennial team since 2014. She supports daily operations, helps strengthen company culture, and serves as an Ambassador with the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about giving back through nonprofit and charitable work, and takes pride in being part of a company built on trust, committed to doing the right thing, and grounded in faith; honoring God above all else.

Ramiro joined Centennial in 2025 and brings a hands-on background in welding and commercial construction. He ensures every project meets Centennial’s quality standards and takes pride in treating customers like family while delivering results homeowners can be excited about.

Raul brings twenty five years of experience supporting homeowners through construction and insurance related needs, strengthened by his background in the Navy and his work as a licensed insurance adjuster. His time on the roof of an aircraft carrier shaped the steady approach he brings to roofing today. He and his wife, Kasi, have been married fifteen years and are raising two kids, Noah and Avery. Raul enjoys time with his family and their four dogs, and he is guided by the motto “Semper Fortis,” a reminder to stay courageous and strong in every season.
